12.2 Organizer Subscription Charges

BeeGoss may charge:

• Listing fees - 1000
• Platform fees - 5% of ticket price

BeeGoss reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

12.3 Event Ticket Payments

When users purchase event tickets:

• The primary ticket amount belongs to the respective event organizer.
• Remaining amounts may be transferred to organizers in accordance with BeeGoss operational policies.
• BeeGoss does not guarantee the quality, execution, safety, or management of third-party events.
• A minimal platform or service fee may be deducted by BeeGoss for facilitating ticketing and platform-related services.

12.4 Photography & Media Service Charges

Certain events may include paid photography or media services. In such cases:

• Charges are collected on behalf of the respective photographer or media service provider.
• The quality of delivery, editing style, timelines, and overall service remain the sole responsibility of the respective service provider.
• BeeGoss only deducts a minimal platform service fee from such transactions.
• BeeGoss shall not be held liable for any dissatisfaction, delays, disputes, or issues related to third-party photography or media services.

12.5 Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways and financial partners.

12.6 No Refund Policy

All payments made on BeeGoss are non-refundable as the payment directly goes to the event organiser.
This includes:

• Event ticket purchases
• Organizer subscriptions
• Platform fees
• Photography or media payments
• Any paid services on the platform

Once payment is successfully completed, no refund, cancellation, reversal, or exchange shall be provided under normal circumstances.

12.7 BeeGoss Marketplace Declaration

BeeGoss is a digital marketplace platform owned and operated by KnoBee Social India Private Limited.

BeeGoss enables independent organizers, communities, service providers, and vendors to create, list, manage, and sell event tickets, subscriptions, memberships, community access, and related services through the platform.

BeeGoss acts solely as a technology intermediary and marketplace facilitator between buyers and sellers/service providers. The platform itself does not own, manufacture, provide, or directly deliver the events, activities, memberships, products, or services listed by third-party organizers or vendors unless explicitly stated.

Payments collected through the platform may include:

• Event ticket booking fees
• Community or membership subscription charges
• Organizer listing or platform subscription fees
• Service booking charges
• Convenience/platform fees

The applicable amount, after deduction of platform fees, payment gateway charges, taxes, refunds (if applicable), or other agreed deductions, is settled to the respective organizer, vendor, or service provider as per the platform’s settlement policy.
