To report a user, a plan, an event or anything that feels unsafe, use Report in the app or email care@beegoss.com with the details and screenshots if you have them. Valid complaints are acknowledged, reviewed and actioned within applicable timelines by our designated Grievance Officer. See Legal & Compliance.
Your data and your account
You can access and edit your profile, withdraw permissions, turn off notifications, request a data export, opt out of promotional messages and delete your account. For anything you can’t do in the app, email care@beegoss.com. Read the full Privacy Policy.
Parents and guardians
Beegoss is not intended for children under 13. Parents and guardians can ask us to review or delete a child’s data by writing to care@beegoss.com.
